New Yoga Class / Schedule Change

We will be offering Acro Yoga workshops and Acro ‘Jams’ starting in January!

–> On the first Monday of every month from 8-10-pm there will a 2-hour Acro Yoga workshop (the schedule will rotate every 3 months):
Basics 1
Basics 2
–> On each other Monday of the month from 8-9pm there will be 1-hour Acro Jams** 

*to attend Acro Intermediate, you must complete Basics 1 & 2
**to attend an Acro Jam, you must complete at least one workshop


Please note that Wednesday night’s CLIMBING TECHNIQUES: ADVANCED with Kevin Lau and Thursday night’s YANG/YIN YOGA with Jen Horsepool will no longer be running.


Wall Closures

On December 29th and 30th we will be having some wall closures due to heater installations.
In addition to some closures on the wall and boulder there will also be NO TOP OUTS on the old boulder during this time.
Sorry for any inconvenience! It will be all worth it when it is -20 out!
