We are happy to announce that, beginning January 31st, Melanie will be teaching 2 Yoga Flow classes a week!
Yoga Flow will now be available on Mondays and Yoga Flow 2.0 Tuesdays at 5:30pm. Both are 1 hour classes. You must sign up in advance here. Be sure to sign up ahead of time, space is limited to 15 people per class and it’s a very popular class!
Yoga Flow 2.0
We will continue to link our breath with movement in this Vinyasa style class while also incorporating longer holds in poses. This mixed-level flow class will have you bending and breathing to the beat of the music. Use the playlist to help you sweat, flow, and let go. This class is offered to all levels- beginners included. Make your practice as gentle or as challenging as you like.
