New Yoga Class / Schedule Change

We will be offering Acro Yoga workshops and Acro ‘Jams’ starting in January!

–> On the first Monday of every month from 8-10-pm there will a 2-hour Acro Yoga workshop (the schedule will rotate every 3 months):
Basics 1
Basics 2
–> On each other Monday of the month from 8-9pm there will be 1-hour Acro Jams** 

*to attend Acro Intermediate, you must complete Basics 1 & 2
**to attend an Acro Jam, you must complete at least one workshop


Please note that Wednesday night’s CLIMBING TECHNIQUES: ADVANCED with Kevin Lau and Thursday night’s YANG/YIN YOGA with Jen Horsepool will no longer be running.
