A 6-week series designed for people with all levels of ability. High Intensity Interval Training is known for its benefits in helping to boost metabolism, promote fat loss, lower heart rate, and increase muscle gain and cardiovascular capacity. During class, you’ll exert more effort than your typical cardio workout, but it’ll be in short bursts followed by a period of rest. Options are included to tailor your workout to your own personal needs and fitness goals.
PREREQUISITES: None. Suitable for all levels.

Unlock your full potential with a mobility and calisthenics fitness class designed to improve strength, flexibility, and control of your body. This joint-focused, functional mobility class utilizes a revamped approach to training to maximize movement freedom while reducing your risk of injury. Learn about your body (train based on your unique anatomy), level up your joints (no more weak links), and learn some fun new skills (like handstands). You’ll notice benefits both on and off the wall!
PREREQUISITES: None. Suitable for all levels.

Take a break from your bustling day with Yoga Slow. In this slower flowing class that links your breath with your movements, you’ll have time to explore postures and transitions and focus on alignment. Great if you’re new to yoga or if you want to get grounded and take a pause from your day while developing your strength, stability, focus, flexibility, and stamina.
PREREQUISITES: None! Just you, your body, and your breath!

Yoga Strong is a moderately-paced, strength-based style of yoga where your movements are synced with your breath to build a solid mind-body-breath connection, increase your self-awareness, and generate a sense of internal clarity and calm. Come prepared to build your inner heat while you build strength, stamina, mobility, balance, and concentration.
PREREQUISITES: Some prior yoga experience is recommended.
