Yoga Strong

Yoga Strong is a moderately-paced, strength-based style of yoga where your movements are synced with your breath to build a solid mind-body-breath connection, increase your self-awareness, and generate a sense of internal clarity and calm. Come prepared to build your inner heat while you build strength, stamina, mobility, balance, and concentration. Familiarity with yoga postures is recommended but isn’t essential.


Yoga Slow

Take a break from your bustling day with Yoga Slow. In this slower flowing class that links your breath with your movements, you’ll have time to explore postures and transitions and focus on alignment. Great if you’re new to yoga or if you want to get grounded and take a pause from your day while developing your strength, stability, focus, flexibility, and stamina. No yoga experience needed – just you, your body, and your breath!


Yoga Slow & Myofascial Release

Warm up your muscles and fascia with a slower flow class followed by a delicious session of myofascial release to target those sticky/achy spots with the aid of Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls. Whether you’re lengthening your chest muscles from being hunched over a keyboard all day or tight forearms from your last climbing sesh, your body will thank you after this class! Class registration is limited to 12 participants – pre-register to ensure you get a spot!


Restorative Yoga

Build and strengthen your mind-body-breath connection, increase flexibility, and feel your stress melt away. This is a deeply relaxing and inwardly balancing class that holds postures for a longer time. Surrender to gravity while supported by (provided) props, to safely stretch connective tissue in your body. Class registration limited to 18 – pre-register to ensure you get a spot!


Tai Chi

Gain control of your energy and learn how to balance force through subtle intention of hand eye coordination. Build confidence in executing proper body rotation while mastering the transmission of your energy through and beyond the point of contact. Learn Tai Chi principles that will help you relax and stay focused in stressful situations – both on and off the wall! Accessible to all levels – no prior experience required.


Boxing Fitness

Learn the basics of boxing while getting a great full body workout in a fun and motivational boxing class! This class will improve your coordination, confidence, endurance, power, core strength, and overall body awareness. While learning a new sport, you will also improve your climbing game, as reacting quickly, generating force, and focusing mentally are key skills developed and utilized in both boxing and climbing. Accessible to all levels – no prior experience required.


Pilates

Simple (but not easy!) core and muscle conditioning exercises that increase your postural stability, flexibility, and mobility. You’ll engage in movements that will build strength and resiliency to not only prevent injuries but also recover from injuries quicker. Accessible to all levels – no prior experience required.


Calisthenics & Mobility

Unlock your full potential with a calisthenics fitness class designed to improve strength, flexibility, and control of your body. This joint-focused, functional mobility class utilizes a revamped approach to training to maximize movement freedom while reducing your risk of injury. Learn about your body (train based on your unique anatomy), level up your joints (no more weak links), and learn some fun new skills (like handstands). Your notice benefits both on and off the wall! Accessible to all levels – no prior experience required.
